NationalRedress offers specialized business advisory services in internal audits, corporate contingency fund management, and structuring of compensation plans for asset liquidation. Our programs include tax compliance, loss mitigation, and budget rebalancing for complex organizations.

3. User Obligations

• Provide truthful and complete information during the consulting process.
• Do not use the services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during audits.
• Comply with the payment deadlines agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Company Responsibility

NationalRedress commits to performing the services with due professional diligence. However, it does not guarantee specific results in terms of tax or financial benefits. The Company's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted service.

5. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NationalRedress be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions. The recommendations provided do not constitute definitive legal or tax advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, reports, and materials provided during the service provision are the intellectual property of NationalRedress. Their reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the contractual relationship, in accordance with our privacy policy available at policy.html.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate the agreement immediately. Payments made will not be refundable once the service provision has begun.

9. Modifications to Terms

NationalRedress reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through our website and will take effect 15 days after their publication.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Sosúa, Puerto Plata.
